• At INSAN, we strive to build leadership skills among our volunteers and interns with the vitality of them becoming our leaders in the societies they will serve. We develop a strong, in-depth approach within our leaders to recognize the problems that humanity faces. We plant the seed of passion and understanding in the hearts of our leaders and encourage them to take part in various activities to become well-rounded individuals. Our goal is to develop a new corps of leadership that wipe the tears and heal the wounds of the suffering, and extinguish the pain humanity has been going through.
