We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be a part of a humanitarian mission. At INSAN, our niche is providing engaging and meaningful experiences to our (mainly) young volunteers. We pride ourselves in planting seeds for future leaders. Through this program, not only are we planting seeds, but fostering them to grow. As part of the initiative, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with a humanitarian organization behind the scenes in our day to day operations.

Applicants are to indicate which one of the following four areas they are applying for (please include a backup as well). Positions are currently being filled on an unpaid, voluntary basis:

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated database for volunteers, contacts and statistics
  • Desired Skills: Database Management, Excel, organized and concise
• Media Production: Produce visual assets ready for web, print or other promotional materials
  • Desired Skills: Photography, videography and basic editing
• Digital Media & Marketing: Design promotional materials and implement marketing campaigns for fundraising, volunteering, awareness, etc
  • Desired Media Skills: Adobe Suite, design & basic print knowledge

and/or

• • Desired Marketing Skills: Campaign development & execution, Social Media implementation & accountability
• Programming & Operations: planning, scheduling, executing events, communicating with volunteers and key points of contact
  • Desired Skills: Strong communication, organization & interpersonal skills
•  Accounting: Maintain records, assist with budgets and compile reports
  • Desired Skills: Highly organized and detail oriented
